Spring Formal Held at Opryland
Posted on 04.27.09A good time was had by all at the annual spring formal held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Nearly ten alumni came down to share a great night with the active brothers. The evening started out in awe of the hotel’s beautiful gardens. It proved to be a popular area for pictures for the Brothers and their dates. Dinner was served in the hotel followed by a slideshow presentation of photographs from this past year and of individual awards. Brother Ryan McDaniel was awarded True Phi by exemplifying the Three Cardinal Principles of friendship, sound learning, and rectitude. Brother Aaron Field received True Phikiea, after his active role as a new member this past fall semester. Brother Bob Wolfley received Excalibur by being the motivator and best leader of the chapter. The final active member award, the Morrison award, was give to Brother Aaron Joray for his contributions to the chapter throughout his tenure of being an active Brother. Brother Ryan Foncannon received Outstanding Alumnus for his contributions not only as the chatper advisor, but as Indiana Lambda’s Province President. All of the Brothers enjoyed each other’s company long into the night. A special thanks to Brothers Jeremy Schnepper and Nathan Steinacher for planning such a successful event.
